The recipe is for around 3 liters and around 6-8 paprikas.
Cook up everything. Wash paprika, clean up, and wash again. Cut in small pieces. In the jars place 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1 spoon of mustard seeds, and 3 whole allspice. Tightly put paprika in the jars. Pour boiling marinade and pour 1 spoon of oil on top for smaller jars and 2-3 for bigger jars. Pastirize the jars for 30-45 minutes
