Ingredients:
400g lentils
2 egg
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
2-3 drops of almond extract
1. Boil lentils, make sure to strain as much water as possible
2. Set oven on 180C
3. All the ingredients blend in a blender
4. On a small round form (20cm) spread coconut oil, vegetable oil, or butter. You can additionally add semolina to the form on top of the oil
5. Pour blended ingredients into the form and bake for 30 minutes
6. You can add any toppings you want on top, but I recommend any type of "wet" decorations since the cake itself tends to be pretty dry.
